Personally, we wouldn't do
business with a website that didn't have a published telephone
number and address, so we're listing it here. However,
because we're a small organization, we all wear a lot of hats.
That means that we're in and out of the warehouse and offices,
and our only full-time employee, the owner and webmaster, often
works at home and puts the telephone on forward to her home,
particularly when she's taking pictures of merchandise --
particularly wedding stationery -- for
thinkwedding.com, our sister
website. White photographs as blue under florescent
lighting, so Marilyn takes them home to photograph them under
incandescent or natural light .
Our telephone number and address is:
P.O. Box 9642
Newark, DE 19714
However, we cannot take custom orders for wrappers and
labels on the
telephone -- for your protection and ours. The interface our
credit card provider has for telephone orders does not have any
provision for the things that you will want to customize on your wrapper,
label or magnet, leaving us to rely on memory--and to our
knowledge, we don't have that much! We've found that
introducing a variation in the process is a sure road to making
a mistake. Since ordering custom labels and wrappers is
obviously extra work and expense, your placing an order means
that the event is very important to you, and we know that.
Depending on what needs to be done on a particular day,
we may not be able to answer the telephone immediately,
but there is an answering machine, and we are usually
very quick to return telephone calls. We do
constantly monitor emails, though, so it's usually
faster to send an email to
email@example.com. We will also be happy to call you,
if you include your telephone number.
When Marilyn is home, she puts the telephone on forward, as
mentioned above, so that people calling from other time zones
other than Eastern Standard Time will get an answer. We do
ask your consideration, though; we're trying to maintain a life
by not working 24
hours a day!
if you use the email link above and it doesn't work,
it's because you don't have an email client on your
computer, like Microsoft Outlook. That's OK --
just bring up your email webpage, select New Mail, and
copy and paste it into the TO box.
