Questions
This is the first time I've ever
ordered, and I'm afraid that I'll make a mistake.
It's unlikely that you'll make a mistake, because we
won't print your order until you have been emailed an image
of it, had a chance to see what it looks like, and emailed
back your approval. At that time, you're welcome to
request any changes you would like to make, and we'll make
them at no charge and send you another image. That
includes changing what you originally ordered, because we
believe that it's difficult to imagine what a font, font
color, or wording layout will turn out to be!
Incidentally, allowable changes include the background
color, font, font color, words, and even the style.
This way, you get a chance to make sure that it's exactly
what you would like to have. We would much rather put
in the time and extra effort to make sure that you're happy
with your order--it's good for both of us!
How long does it take to get an order?
Believe it or not, that primarily depends on you--not us!
Everything is processed right here at Wrappers and
More--both design and printing, and it gives us a lot of
control. When someone places an order, we usually send
them an image of that order within 24 hours for their
approval, and now comes the part that depends on you.
We need you to let us know if you approve or want any
changes. If we don't get a prompt response, we can't print
or ship to you quickly! A delay in letting us know
whether or not an order has been approved is what can hold
up an order. Once we receive approval, we print and
ship within 24 hours.
Custom Orders
I like one of your designs, but the
background doesn't match my colors.
Since we do all work right at Wrappers and More,
including the printing, that is not a problem! The
background colors shown were selected to harmonize with the
graphics, but they're not the only colors that will
harmonize with a particular graphic. We can't
guarantee that we can exactly match your colors, but we can
get pretty darn close. When we send you an image, you
will need to print out the email, because colors on a
monitor often are not accurate. Often when you print
out the image, the graphics and words will be fuzzy, because
we're sending you an image or screen capture of your order,
not the order itself, but the colors will be accurate.
When I tried to order, I didn't see a
place to add any special or custom instructions, through.
When you looked at the order form, I'm sure you noticed
that there were a lot of things to select, so we had to
limit what you can fill out there to standard orders.
Otherwise, the form wouldn't perform reliably, and it would
be terribly slow. It's still not a problem,
though--there are four ways you can communicate.
1. You can send an email to
info@wrappersandmore.com in advance.
2. You can send an email to
info@wrappersandmore.com after you've ordered.
3. You can give us a call at
610-534-4567, but we
discourage you from giving us the order as a telephone
order. You see, all of us are over 50 and are going
senile (otherwise, why would we do this?). A telephone
order means that we have to write down what you want, and
we're afraid of making a mistake, like writing down the
wrong email address or phone number, or the words you want,
or worse yet, losing the piece of paper entirely! Only
one person answers the phone and all the email addresses for
the website--you won't have to explain to different people
over and over again. Please don't hesitate to give us
a call if you need a question answered, though--but we
almost guarantee we'll talk your head off!
3. During the ordering process, when the form asks
for your credit card number and other information, there's a
place to leave a note.
4. You can simply let us know when we send you the
image of your order by email. Remember, we don't print
or ship until you've seen and approved your order, so
nothing is going to happen without your ability to add or
change your order.
